YOGA 101
A class designed specifically for the beginning yoga student with no experience. A great foundation
for anyone brand new to yoga or anyone wanting to review the basics.
BASICS
This class is for those that are new to yoga as well as those that are still building a
foundation for their practice. More challenging than Gentle but all levels are welcome.
MIXED LEVEL
These classes are suitable for those who are new to yoga as well as those that engage
in a regular practice. Verbal and physical modifications will be offered to newer students
as well as more intermediate students. More challenging than Basics but still
accessible to all.
MIXED LEVEL A-FLOW
This 1hr class, for students who need to get up, get in and get out. Suitable for those who are new
to yoga as well as those that engage in a regular practice. Verbal and physical modifications will
be offered to newer students as well as more intermediate students. More challenging than
Basics but still accessible to all.
INTERMEDIATE
This is a more challenging class, where intermediate and some advanced yoga postures
will be practiced. Not recommended for beginners.
PRE/POST NATAL
A safe way to practice yoga through all stages of pregnancy and beyond.
All levels welcome.
